• Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients with complex orthopedic conditions.
  
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
