Key Responsibilities:

• Drive 0 to 1 initiatives. For bets that create new value, own the full arc: customer validation (grounded in real buyer insight, not internal opinion alone), the plan built with the relevant functions, and execution through to launch and rollout.

• Drive high impact projects such as performance improvement, retention enhancement, brand recall, NPS improvement, organisational initiatives, and new category identification.

• Facilitate quick and effective decision making on key matters of the organization with data and analysis. Own business measurements.

• Monitor key business metrics, flag anomalies & disturbing trends, find actionable insights around growth, profitability or brand.

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years in a role that demanded rigor and ownership: consulting, a startup operating/founder'soffice role, or a strong ops/strategy seat.

• Rigorous: structures ambiguous problems, states assumptions, and doesn't hand-wave numbers.

• Finishes what they start. Drives work to done through people who don't report to them, and knows what to escalate and when.

• Wins cooperation through clarity and competence, not authority. Senior stakeholders extend respect because the person is prepared, not because of title.

• Genuinely curious about the customer comfortable standing on a store floor talking to buyers and sales representatives.
