Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, designing, and supporting ORMB solutions using the OUAF framework. Involves technical design, interface development, performance tuning, and collaboration with technical architecture teams.
What Youll Do:
- Develop ORMB solutions using the OUAF framework, including algorithms, batches, business services, and scripting
- Create technical designs and select components based on functional and technical requirements
- Design and develop interfaces using the ORMB File Framework and batch multithreading framework
- Assess batch configurations and recommend performance-tuning improvements
- Lead discussions with customers technical architecture teams regarding ORMB architecture and integration
- Contribute reusable assets and present them as accelerators to the wider team
- Contribute to white papers and blogs
- Identify data-migration requirements, assess technical feasibility, and design migration strategies and ORMB components
- Lead SIT and UAT activities, perform defect analysis, and guide junior developers on fixes
- Provide code fixes for major-severity issues
- Identify reporting-data needs and design efficient reporting structures
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong ORMB development experience using the OUAF framework
- Ability to create technical designs and select appropriate components for requirements
- Experience designing and developing interfaces using ORMB File Framework and batch multithreading framework
- Ability to assess batch configurations and recommend performance-tuning improvements
- Experience leading discussions with technical architecture teams on ORMB architecture and integration
- Ability to contribute reusable assets and present them to the team
- Ability to contribute to white papers and blogs
- Experience identifying data-migration requirements and designing migration strategies
- Experience leading SIT and UAT, performing defect analysis, and guiding junior developers
