ORMB Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize complex ORMB components such as Algorithms, Batches, Business Services, and Scripting within the OUAF framework.
• Prepare technical designs by identifying the right ORMB components for business and functional requirements.
• Design and develop interfaces using ORMB File Framework and Batch Multithreading Framework.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and provide ORMB technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support ORMB applications and integrations.
• Lead technical sessions with customer architecture teams on ORMB capabilities and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ORMB Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with OUAF Framework.
• Experience in Algorithms, Batches, Business Services, and ORMB Scripting.
• Experience with ORMB File Framework and Batch Multithreading Framework.
• Strong understanding of ORMB technical architecture and integrations.
• Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good to Have
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, or Billing domain projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in performance tuning and production support.
