Designation: ORM EXECUTIVE

1. Monitor online platforms, including social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), review websites, forums, etc., to identify mentions of the brand.

2. Regularly assess the sentiment and tone of online conversations related to the brand.

3. Respond to online reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, addressing both positive and negative feedback.

4. Escalate and coordinate responses for complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams.

5. Analyze online content trends and patterns to identify potential reputation threats or opportunities.

6. Develop and execute ORM strategies to enhance the brand's online reputation.

7. Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.

8. Assist in crisis management by monitoring and addressing online issues promptly and effectively.

9. Prepare regular reports on online reputation metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

10.Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team

12.Liaise with clients and stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
