We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive professional with strong Excel skills to support balance adjustments, endorsements, and premiumrelated activities for Marine policies. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, reviewing documents, performing calculations, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have good analytical ability, strong communication skills, and enthusiast working with data.

• Process Marine policy adjustments, endorsements, and requests with accuracy and within defined timelines.
• Validate policy details and documentation to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Perform premiumrelated calculations and track and maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth case completion.
• Maintain high standards of communication, quality, and confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with Excel, insurance, stakeholder management, emails tracking.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel for analysis.
