Seeking a Senior Specialist in Org Change Consulting to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives through effective change management strategies

Job Description

• Lead and implement change management strategies tailored for digital transformation and data amp AI programs.
• Drive the adoption of digital transformation initiatives across the organization by leveraging design thinking principles
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align organizational change efforts with business objectives.
• Utilize deep expertise in digital transformation leadership to influence and guide stakeholders at various levels Analyze organizational readiness and develop plans to address barriers to change.
• Support the integration of new technologies and processes to ensure seamless transition and adoption Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management plans including communication training and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a change agent to facilitate cultural and behavioral shifts necessary for successful digital transformation Lead workshops and design thinking sessions to foster innovation and usercentric solutions Partner with leadership to champion change initiatives and secure buyin across departments.
• Provide coaching and support to teams and individuals to navigate change effectively Identify risks and resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track progress and report on change management metrics to senior leadership Mentor junior team members and contribute to building organizational change management capabilities.
