About this role
Design and build the organisational infrastructure that will scale with the company - from team structures and performance frameworks to learning programmes and culture systems.
Responsibilities
- Design org structures, role frameworks, and career ladders for a scaling tech company
- Build performance management and feedback systems
- Develop onboarding programmes for new hires across all products
- Create internal communication cadences and knowledge-management practices
- Research and recommend tools for collaboration, documentation, and project management
- Support leadership on succession planning and team topology decisions
- Background in organizational psychology, HR strategy, or management consulting
- Experience designing people processes from scratch
- Understanding of startup/scale-up dynamics
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-literate - comfortable building dashboards and tracking org health metrics
