Organisational Development HRBP

Key Responsibilities Support the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the AI-Native Career Architecture Framework to align workforce capabilities with the organization's future business strategy. The role contributes to the development of career tracks, skills frameworks, assessments, learning pathways, governance processes, and talent transformation initiatives while driving adoption, inclusion, and workforce readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of AI-Native career tracks, competency models, progression frameworks, and career architectures.
• Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to define and maintain enterprise-wide skills architecture, proficiency standards, and competency frameworks.
• Coordinate skills assessments, talent calibration exercises, validation processes, and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design AI-focused learning journeys, upskilling programs, and reskilling pathways.
• Support workforce analytics, reporting, and insights generation to identify skills gaps and talent development opportunities.
• Plan and execute Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, employee engagement programs, and culture-building activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, change management, and adoption efforts related to career architecture and talent transformation programs.
• Support governance activities, documentation, program tracking, and reporting for AI-Native Career Architecture initiatives.
• Contribute to broader organizational transformation initiatives aimed at building future-ready workforce capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
