Roles & Responsibilities OTC Cash Process
- Handle end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) activities, including order processing and cash application.
- Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR), payment posting, and unapplied cash.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of daily tasks as per SLA and quality standards.
