Business Process Delivery - Order to Cash Processor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Perform order entry, verification, processing, and tracking.
• Coordinate shipment activities and ensure timely delivery confirmation.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Resolve order-related issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with customers, logistics teams, and internal departments.

Required Skills

• Experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
• Strong understanding of order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Shift Requirement

Candidate should be flexible to work in both EU and US shifts:

• EU Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• US Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Work Mode

Hybrid

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in O2C, Order Management, Customer Service Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or related domains.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
