Order To Cash Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end OTC/O2C operations.
• Handle customer billing, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application.
• Manage deductions, disputes, and payment-related issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash application and payment allocation.
• Monitor AR aging, overdue payments, DSO, and collection performance.
• Handle billing and revenue management activities.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for payment, billing, and collection issues.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation within OTC.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, controls, and process guidelines.
• Prepare and review OTC MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead/mentor teams and manage escalations at senior levels.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years; CI 8 requires 13+ years.
• Education: Commerce Background.
• Mandatory Skills: OTC/O2C, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions, Accounts Receivable, Payments, PO/Non-PO, Revenue Management, Reconciliation, Dispute Management.

Other Requirements:

• Candidates should be willing to relocate within Maharashtra only.
• Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Relevant documents such as payslips, experience/offer letters, and PF statements should be available.
