Order To Cash Associate | Billing | US Shift

Role & responsibilities

• Role of Billing for global customers
• Must have good knowledge in working on MS office applications.
• Reporting actual Billing against monthly targets
• Quality review of Billing process
• Follow up through mails and calls
• Escalation of issues to Stake holders.
• Should be able to solve & help customers and business teams in case of queries related to their invoices

Preferred candidate profile

• Immediate hiring for Order-to-Cash (O2C) Billing professionals with 3-5 years of experience,
• Candidates must be willing to work 5 days Work from Office, and available to join immediately,
• Salary up to 35k take-home per month
• Willing to work in Night Shift - US Shift
