Order to Cash (O2C)

About the Role:

Were looking for an O2C professional with GCC experience to manage pricing, sales order control, and order processing for international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities.
• Handle pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
• Review and control sales orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain & Customer Service teams.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and order-related issues.
• Maintain O2C reports and support process improvements.

What Were Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in O2C / Order Management / Sales Operations.
• Prior experience in a GCC / Global Capability Centre environment is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of pricing and sales order processes.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Odoo ERP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in UK shift timings
