Order Processing Executive | Jewellery Industry

• Process and update customer orders accurately in ERP/software.
• Verify product details, quantity, weight, design, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, QC, Packing & Dispatch teams.
• Track orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Follow up on pending/urgent orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate order records and prepare status reports.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
• ERP knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.
• Jewellery manufacturing experience preferred.
