Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage customer orders from initiation through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the order process.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and process workflows to ensure transparency and efficiency.
