Order Management

Order Management professional with 3+ years of experience managing the complete order lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, from order entry through delivery and closure.
• Review and validate customer orders, pricing, quantities, availability, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams.
• Track order status and ensure orders are processed and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, backorders, and delivery issues.
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, inventory mismatches, and shipment delays.
• Maintain accurate order records and update relevant systems.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports, order status reports, and operational dashboards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Order Management / Order Processing / Sales Operations / Customer Operations.
• Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Order-to-Delivery process.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and basic reporting.
