Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) and external partners (e.g., carriers) to resolve any issues related to orders.
  
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy before applying them to customer accounts.
  
• Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Order-to-Cash process.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
