Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order operations.
• Process and validate customer orders, requests and transactions within SLA.
• Work on SAP and Salesforce.
• Manage and close Salesforce cases within defined timelines.
• Handle customer returns and defective claim validation.
• Investigate chargebacks and order/delivery discrepancies.
• Support Credit/Debit Memo activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and perform data validation.
• Escalate exceptions, system issues and non-standard requests.
• Identify recurring issues and support process improvement & automation.
• Participate in training, knowledge transfer and customer governance meetings.
• Maintain SOPs, trackers and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2–3 years

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Good knowledge of Order Processing & Order Validation.
• Experience in Returns, Defective Claims & Chargebacks.
• Understanding of Credit/Debit Memo processes.
• Good knowledge of SOP, SLA, Reporting & Data Validation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate Joiner / Short Notice candidates preferred.
