Manage day-to-day Order Mgt and O2C transactions accurately and within defined SLAs
Handle and resolve credit and debit disputes raised by customers
Investigate discrepancies related to orders, invoices, pricing, quantities, credits, and debits

Required Candidate profile

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Customer Service for dispute resolution.
Process transactions in accordance with established SOPs work instructions
