Order Management - Sales Operation Analyst

The Associate role is the intermediate level for that functional area. Sometimes referred to as a staff role, this role is responsible for executing processes based on incoming requests with some level of subject matter expertise. Transaction-based activities include verifying accuracy and completeness, executing end-to-end order processing with subject matter expertise, receipt, validation, booking, and confirmation, Verify orders for pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
• The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices in process, organisation, and technology to create, execute and run collaborative sales and support roles.
• Assess, design, build and implement best practices in process, organisation, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfilment, financial settlement, including order prioritisation, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfilment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management.
• In this role, you are required to do analysis and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Your day-to-day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• In this role, you may have limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management.
• You will be given moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
