Job Description:

Order Management : We are looking for 3 - 10 years of experience in End-to-End Order Management, Order Processing, Fulfillment, Order tracking, Customer Onboarding, Client onboarding, Sales Operations, Order tracking, Stakeholder Management, Customer Interaction.

Must Have Skills:

• Order Management End-to-End Order Management

1. Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Invoicing
2. Product & Master Data Management
3. ERP/CRM Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
4. Pricing & Contract Administration
5. Scheduling & Fulfillment Coordination
6. Exception Management & Root Cause Analysis
7. Customer/Stakeholder Communication
8. Controls, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Customer/ client onboarding

1. Order Management / Sales Operations
2. Customer Operations / Customer Success
3. Supply Chain & Fulfillment
4. Shared Services / Global Operations
5. Customer/ client Onboarding & Enablement
6. Pricing, Contracts, Billing & Commercial Operations

Key soft skills to evaluate:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
