Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for experienced professionals in Order Management / Customer Onboarding & Enablement to manage end-to-end order processes, customer onboarding, fulfillment coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order Management and Order Processing activities.
• Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C), invoicing and billing processes.
• Manage customer/client onboarding and enablement activities.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, supply chain, fulfillment and internal stakeholders.
• Handle pricing, contracts and commercial operations.
• Maintain and manage product and master data.
• Coordinate order scheduling and fulfillment activities.
• Identify and resolve order-related exceptions and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Work with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel.
• Ensure process compliance, controls and continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholder
