• Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Invoicing.
• Product and Master Data Management.
• ERP/CRM Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc. )
• Pricing and Contract Administration.
• Scheduling and Fulfilment Coordination.
• Exception Management and Root Cause Analysis.
• Customer/Stakeholder Communication.
• Controls, Compliance and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• MS Excel (Advanced preferred), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
