Order Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from creation to fulfilment.
• Handle customer orders, bookings, and billing queries.
• Manage orders and processes using SAP.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and share updates.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel.
• Identify training needs and develop training materials.
• Conduct process training and manage learning sessions.
• Monitor training quality and results.

Requirements

• Experience in order management and billing query resolution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP ByD.
• Knowledge of SNOW is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
