Order Handling Engineer

This Position reports to:

• Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
• Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Acting as the first port of call for customers queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
• Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes to enhance order execution efficiency and operational excellence.
• Lead digitalization and automation projects to improve overall business efficiency, productivity, and process effectiveness.

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in Order Management, Project management, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, for data analysis, reporting, collaboration, and process automation.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and digital business tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
