Order Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address their requirements effectively.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports related to orders, deliveries, and operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up to resolve any operational issues or delays.
