Role & responsibilities

• Weigh, verify, and stage raw materials; prepare nasal solutions/suspensions per approved batch records and SOPs.
• Operate mixing, heating/cooling, and transfer systems; perform pH, osmolality, and viscosity adjustments as required.
• Execute solution filtration (e.g., 0.2 m) and transfers to holding/filling tanks; manage nitrogen overlay/blanketing where applicable.
• Perform line and tank cleaning, CIP/SIP or manual cleaning as applicable; document cleaning per SOP.

Coordinate with QC for sampling (in-process, micro, release) and adjust processes based on approved instructions

• Set up and operate DARA bottle filling, pump/spray actuator insertion, and capping/crimping equipment per validated parameters and recipes.
• Complete format-part changeovers (starwheels, guides, nozzles, vibratory bowl feeders) and HMI setup; verify recipe, lot, and label details.
• Conduct and document in-process controls: fill volume/weight checks, torque/crimp checks, tip/actuator presence, visual inspection, container closure checks, and vision system verification.
• Adjust fill parameters (e.g., peristaltic/piston pump calibration, nozzle height/diving, anti-drip, nitrogen purge) to maintain yield and quality.
• Execute line clearances and reconciliation; manage rejects per SOP.
• Support start-ups, shutdowns, and minor mechanical adjustments; escalate issues requiring maintenance/engineering.
