Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• Build custom UI pages, layouts, and components using VBCS drag-and-drop tools
• Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/SCM) and third-party REST/SOAP services
• Develop business objects, action chains, and page flows within VBCS
• Work with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET framework for custom UI development
• Implement role-based access, validations, and business logic in VBCS apps
• Collaborate with OIC/Fusion teams for backend integration and data connectivity
• Debug and troubleshoot VBCS application issues
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live application enhancements
• Maintain technical documentation for developed applications

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud, VBCS concepts, and app development lifecycle
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in VBCS application development
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration, JavaScript, Oracle JET
• Experience with Oracle Fusion/OIC integration for VBCS apps
• Understanding of business objects, action chains, and page designer
• Good debugging and client-communication skills

Good to Have

• Oracle Cloud/VBCS certification
• Exposure to OIC, ERP Cloud, or HCM Cloud
• Prior project experience in custom app development on Oracle Cloud
