About the Role
We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Security Consultant to help clients secure Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM environments. The role focuses on Oracle security, Risk Management Cloud (RMC), access controls, SOX/SOD compliance, and security implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud security solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure Oracle Cloud security roles, users, permissions, and data access.
• Create and manage custom roles, data roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
• Work on Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), including security controls and risk management.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and help resolve/mitigate access risks.
• Support SOX compliance, audits, controls optimization, and security assessments.
• Perform Oracle quarterly patch analysis, regression testing, and security testing.
• Support SDLC activities including development, QA, migration, and production implementation.
• Secure Oracle BI/OTBI reports, data models, subject areas, and analyses.
• Troubleshoot security issues and coordinate with Oracle/vendor, development, functional, and business teams.
• Participate in client workshops and prepare security/design documentation.
• Perform user access reviews and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–3+ years of Oracle Cloud Security experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP security and application security.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Oracle Cloud Security Console
• Custom & seeded roles
• User administration
• Data roles & security profiles
• AOR
• HDL
• SOD
• SOX controls
• Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM security and business processes.
• Experience with Oracle BI/OTBI security.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
