Oracle Retail Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for highly skilled Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS professionals who can drive implementation, support, and transformation initiatives in retail merchandising systems. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in the Oracle Retail suite, especially MFCS, and experience working in large-scale retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support Oracle Retail MFCS implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional/technical solutions
- Configure and customize MFCS modules including Foundation Data, Merchandising, Pricing, and Inventory Management
- Perform custom batch creation, setup and monitoring in POM
- Perform custom module build on APEX on tok of RDS
- REST API build, issue analysis
- Perform system integration with other Oracle Retail modules (RMS, ReSA, RPM, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support

Manager / Senior Manager Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Drive solution architecture and design decisions
- Mentor and guide teams of consultants and developers
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Retail MFCS / RMS (Retail Merchandising System)
- Expertise in retail business processes: Merchandising, Pricing, Inventory, Supply Chain
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Retail Cloud / On-Prem implementations
- SQL, PL/SQL, and data analysis
- Integration technologies (RIB, web services, APIs)
- Knowledge of batch processing, data migration, and system configuration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
