Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR and workforce management requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Talent Management
• Recruitment
• Absence Management
• Time & Labor
• Support workforce planning and scheduling processes in RELEX.
• Prepare BRD, FDD, solution design, and process documentation.
• Lead workshops, CRPs, SIT/UAT, training, and go-live activities. [JD HCM SME...consultant | Word]

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and manage integrations between Oracle HCM, RELEX, Payroll, ERP, and third-party applications.
• Experience with:
• HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• HCM Extracts
• Fast Formula
• OTBI
• BI Publisher
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Support data migration, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution.
