Oracle PMO Lead / Project Manager

Role Summary:
Manage Oracle ERP implementation projects and PMO activities, ensuring successful delivery through Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Drive project planning, tracking, governance, stakeholder communication, budgeting, risk management, and delivery excellence while supporting digital transformation programs.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Strong PMO, Portfolio, and Program Management knowledge
• Experience managing at least 2 Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
• Agile/SAFE, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong project planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management expertise
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.

Mandatory Certification

At least one certification PMP / Agile Certification (ACP/ CSM/ SAFE)

Expert on following Tools

Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Macros, Automation, Oracle ERP, Power BI, Tableau, MPP and other PPM tools
