Role & responsibilities

• 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM/Enterprise Performance Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS.
• Extensive expertise in EPBCS Financials and Workforce Planning modules.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end EPBCS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and workforce planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with: Oracle EPBCS Workforce Planning,Financials,Calculation Manager,Groovy,Data Integration/Data Management,
• Experience integrating EPBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Finance and HR business processes.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with onshore/offshore delivery teams
