Oracle OPAL functional consultant

Duration -6-12 months with possible extension

Location  - work is remote during India day time business hours

Role & responsibilities

• 2+ Functional Resources to develop and configure Oracle Permitting and Licensing(OPAL) Applications with detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
  
• Previous experience with OPAL, Code Enforcement and Planning or other Government permitting and licensing or Government industry a plus
  
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud and Government/Public Sector required
  
• 6+ years of overall experience implementing and configuring off the shelf solutions for software vendors
  
• 6+ years of experience developing and documenting As-Is and To-Be Business processes
