Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in NetSuite Financials, Procurement, Budgeting and ERP implementation/support.

Candidates with a Finance/Accounting background such as B.Com, M.Com, CA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Work on NetSuite Financial Management / Financials
• Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and financial reporting
• Handle Procurement, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Vendor Management
• Work on Budgeting, Planning and Financial Controls
• Understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite functional solutions
• Prepare functional specifications, workflows and process documentation
• Support NetSuite implementation, configuration, testing, UAT and go-live
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support
• Work closely with Finance, Accounts, Procurement and business teams
• Support integrations and coordination with technical/development teams where required

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite
• Experience in NetSuite Financials / Financial Management
• Good knowledge of Procurement and Purchasing
• Experience with Budgeting / Planning / Financial Reporting
• Understanding of ERP business processes
• Good knowledge of accounting and finance processes
• Experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration or support
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Education / Background

B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / MBA Finance / Finance or Accounting background preferred.

Candidates who combine Finance/Accounting knowledge + Oracle NetSuite functional consulting experience will be strongly considered.
