Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Architect

Responsibilities

• Should be able to work independently on pre-sales work and sales demos to customer.
• Guide team to create new artifacts considering future trends.

Requirements

• Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred.
• Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
