Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Consultant with 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud (OIC/ICM) solutions to manage commission, incentive, and sales performance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions.
• Design and maintain compensation plans, quotas, earnings, credits, and commission calculations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure compensation rules, rate tables, and payout structures.
• Work with business teams to support sales compensation and incentive programs.
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Perform data migration and data loading activities.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of Oracle Fusion experience with strong expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM).
• Hands-on experience configuring compensation plans, quotas, credits, and earnings.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools.
• Experience with HDL/FBDI data conversion and migration.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion security and integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
