Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Lead and support Oracle EBS HRMS implementation, enhancement, and application support projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into functional specifications (BRD/FSD).
• Configure and maintain Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, SSHR, and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to design, validate, and deploy customized HRMS solutions.
• Conduct CRP, UAT, user training, and prepare functional documentation for successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, provide production support, and ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to streamline HR business processes.
• Perform module configuration, testing, workflow validation, and support AME-based approval processes.
• Utilize basic SQL for data validation, issue analysis, and functional testing.
