Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 3+ Years (varies by requirement)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Work on both Functional and Technical aspects of Oracle HCM implementation projects.
• Configure HCM modules and prepare design documents.
• Develop and maintain reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to understand process requirements.
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-production support.
• Create Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and test scripts.
• Support data migration and HCM Cloud upgrades.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and reporting issues.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
