Oracle Hcm Technical Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion implementation project experiences.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Fast Formula (Mandatory)
• EL Expressions
• HCM Design Studio
• BI Reports
• OTBI
• HDL
• Simplified Template Creation
• HR Extracts
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Core HR
• Performance Management (Mandatory)
• Experience in Functional Testing of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, Sprint ceremonies, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience in a client-facing role, including requirement gathering, solution discussions, and stakeholder interactions.

Good to Have (in order of priority)

1. Azure Cloud Services
2. Automation Testing
3. Performance and Load Testing
4. Scrum Master (SM) experience to support Agile delivery and team coordination.
5. Understanding of Oracle Fusion Security
