About this role
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle HCM configurations and processes.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure high-quality deliverables.
