Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized payroll processes.
• Provide technical guidance on US Payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, including data discrepancies and system errors.

Job Requirements :

• 8-16 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of US Payroll regulations (Federal & State) and ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
• Proficiency in configuring Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration etc.
