Oracle HCM Lead Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Fast Formula solutions for various clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on OTL (Oracle Transformation Library) development best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures while working on projects.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Fast Formula development.
• Strong understanding of OTL (Oracle Transformation Library) concepts and its application in HCM modules such as Global Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management etc.
• Experience with developing complex formulas using Fast Formula language.
