Oracle HCM Functional Lead

We are currently hiring for a senior Oracle HCM UK Payroll Consultant for an exciting UK-based client opportunity.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll, end-to-end implementation, Oracle EBS-to-HCM Cloud migration, and Oracle HCM Fast Formulas.

Key highlights of the opportunity:

• Location: First 3-6 Months in India and then United Kingdom Onsite
• Experience: 10+ years
• Functional/Technical: 80% Functional and 20% Technical
• Core skills: Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll, Fast Formulas, implementation, and EBS-to-Cloud migration
• Client engagement: Direct interaction with UK-based business and payroll stakeholders, including onsite workshops, testing, migration, and go-live activities.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of UK payroll statutory requirements, payroll configuration, data migration, payroll reconciliation, parallel runs, and implementation delivery.

Onsite and travel requirement: Willingness to travel to and work onsite in the United Kingdom is essential, depending on project requirements. Visa and work authorization arrangements will be discussed during the recruitment process.
