Oracle Hcm Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete implementation lifecycle and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full life-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Core HR, Talent Management, and ORC modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.
• Perform functional analysis, configuration, testing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
• Support solution design, functional documentation, testing, deployment, and production activities.
• Work with onsite leads, client stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants.
• Use project collaboration and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in incident management and ticket resolution using tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Perform quality checks and ensure deliverables meet project and client standards.
• Analyze complex functional issues and provide effective solutions with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and challenge existing processes where appropriate.

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.
• Minimum 4 years of full life-cycle implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Oracle Fusion Core HR
• Talent Management
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Experience with 2+ end-to-end ERP/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud release.
• Strong experience in Fast Formula development.
• Good understanding of HCM business processes, configuration, testing, and implementation methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
