Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using Oracle Fusion HCM products.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM modules ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., payroll systems) to identify trends and areas for improvement in client's HR processes.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
• Strong understanding of core HR concepts including employee data management, benefits administration, compensation planning, time tracking etc. .
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR,ORC, Compensation, Talent Management etc. .
• Experience on currently working with US or UK clients.
