Role : Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Exp range: 4-10 years

Must-Have

• We are looking for experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants with strong functional domain knowledge and technofunctional capability to implement, configure, integrate, and support Oracle Fusion HCM. The role will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver endtoend HCM transformation across core HR, talent, and payroll processes.
• Lead and/or support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, rollouts, and production support. 
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process deep dives. 
• Translate business requirements into solution design, configurations, and functional documentation.
• Configure and support two or more HCM modules such as: 
• Core HR / Global HR
• Workforce Structures / Enterprise Structures
• Absence Management
• Recruiting
• Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Succession)
• Learning
• Compensation
• Time & Labor
• Benefits 
• Payroll
• Define and manage: 
• Business processes, approvals, and transactions
• HR security concepts (roles, privileges, data security)
• Workforce structures: legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions
• Own/drive functional deliverables: 
• BRD / FRD / Solution Design
• Configuration workbooks
• Test scenarios, scripts, and traceability
• Conduct SIT/UAT, defect triage, regression testing, and deployment readiness activities. 
• Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and sign-offs. 
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Good-to-Have

• Security concepts: job roles, data roles, role provisioning, data access

Ability to lead functional discussions, document requirements, and propose solutions.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a support and enhancement capacity.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle certification in HCM Cloud is highly desirable.
• Lead HCM-related change requests, issue resolution, and system configurations.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team to resolve their tickets.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT leadership to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Experience in rollouts / global deployments and multi-country structures is preferred
