About this role
Role: Oracle US Payroll Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll.
- Configure payroll elements, balances, adjustments, calculation cards, and US taxation.
- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work with Fast Formulas and HDL for payroll-related configurations and data loads.
- Support payroll enhancements, year-end activities, and production issues.
- Test Oracle quarterly updates and patches, perform impact analysis, and prepare functional documents and test cases.
- Gather business requirements and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Experience: 8+ years overall, with 5+ years of relevant Oracle US Payroll experience.
