Oracle HCM Cloud technical

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher (BIP). The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Core HR requirements.
• Design and execute data migration and mass updates using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Create and customize HCM Extracts for interfaces, reporting, and outbound integrations.
• Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Design and build complex reports using BI Publisher (BIP).
• Support integrations and data conversion activities related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Fast Formula
• HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• HCM Extracts
• OTBI
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, or Recruitment modules.
• Experience in data conversion, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle HCM integrations.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is an added advantage.
